Bang Duong

DIRECTOR

I spent the first 15 years of my career working in the medical field and I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nuclear Medicine. During this time, I realised there was a need for specialised medical finance brokers.

To follow this passion, I completed a Masters of Business Administration at the AGSM (UNSW) and a Diploma of Finance. I now provide finance to people who work in the medical profession, as well as other professionals who are looking for loans. I am an active property investor, passionately looking for cashflow positive properties with potential.

Outside of work, I support my beloved NRL Bulldogs and I’m a keen dragon boat paddler who has represented my country.

David Tan

MORTGAGE SPECIALIST

Hello, my name is David and I am a mortgage broker. I have been involved in the finance industry for over 10 years.

I started off working for lenders before realising I could help people more by being a finance broker.

I love helping clients achieve their property goals whether it be their first home or their next investment property.

I am an avid property investor, always on the lookout for opportunities to increase my portfolio through a well rounded strategy.

My other passions include playing golf and soccer as well as supporting Liverpool FC in the EPL.

Linda Tim

CLIENT SUPPORT

Hello, my name is Linda and I work in client support. My passion is helping to ensure people have access to what they need to find the right loan. While my colleagues facilitate the loan, my commitment is to the behind-the-scenes work that supports them. My focus is on the customer experience and in making sure our clients feel seen, heard and that they reach the goals they set out to achieve.

I hold a Bachelor of Psychology degree and my background is in the field of marketing – I love understanding how to connect with people and look forward to meeting you and understanding your specific needs. 

In my leisure time, I enjoy bike riding around the beautiful city of Sydney with my 2 sons and love getting competitive during a game of netball or basketball!

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Hi, my name is Nicola and I work in customer support. I have a B.Business and my job is ensure the customers experience of obtaining a loan and purchasing a property is stress free. I have an absolute passion for helping people and for building relationships and I strive to always stay in touch with clients throughout the process so they are aware of what is happening at every turn. 

My role also includes maintaining the long-term relationships we strive to keep by always making sure our clients are on the best interest rates possible. I do this by checking their loans and negotiating with lenders each year. 

Buying a property is a big deal but should not be a stressful one.

In my free time I love to stay active and be outdoors with my 3 sons.
